This work includes: - Dismantling and repair of municipal mechanics inside the pumping station; - Dismantling and reconstruction of the service building while retaining the concrete look; - Related work in civil, electricity, building mechanics, etc.; The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before submitting their offer, to obtain all documents related to this call for tenders. Only persons, partnerships and companies, having their principal place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the owner, who hold an appropriate license under the Act on the professional qualification of construction contractors are allowed to tender. The submission must be accompanied by a submission guarantee of an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the submission.
