Reference number: 20080612 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-07-28 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 7 Description - Removal and/or decommissioning of existing sanitary sewer networks; - Laying 300 mm-diameter sanitary sewer pipes over a length of approximately 1,400 meters for the west collector and 840 meters for the east collector (two work crews are required to do both sectors simultaneously); - Reconstruction of the roadway on rue Principale, including foundations (partial) and paving; - Various related repair and development work required to complete the project. The Contractor shall proceed diligently in ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, labor and subcontractors so that the work covered by the contract is carried out on site outside the field cultivation period, i.e. between mid-October (14 October) and mid-December (20 December). In order to meet these dates, the Contractor must schedule two installation teams. The Contractor will be able to complete the topsoil levelling and seeding work in spring 2026. This work must last a maximum of three (3) weeks and must be completed before 19 May 2026. The Contractor must therefore provide for all necessary measures and expenses, such as special orders for materials, to complete the work on site within the prescribed timeframe
