Project Cured-in-Place Lining, not to exceed $500,000 per fiscal year. This is a three year contract Estimated Cost $1,500,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and install and test cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and appurtenances complete as specified herein. It is the intent of this specification to provide for the reconstruction of sewers by the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible felt tube inserted or inverted into the existing pipe using hydrostatic pressure. Curing shall be accomplished by an approved method that shall produce a hard, corrosion resistant, composite pipe with no annular space between the cured-in-place pipe and the existing sewer. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for the CIPP lining of sewer lines on an as needed basis starting July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027. The City of Lowell (CITY) will supply the CONTRACTOR with written work schedules. The work schedule will include as much work as is currently available to be completed. There is no guarantee as to the minimum amount of work per proposed work schedule, with the contract value not to exceed $500,000 per year. A substantial portion of the work will include the installation and testing of CIPP lining in crosscountry sewer lines with limited access. 1.02 RELATED WORK A.
