This project Does not require contractors to prequalify in order to submit a bid per California Public Contract Code 20111.6, as the projected expenditure is less than one million dollars. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the DIR to submit a bid proposal for a public works project pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. The successful bidder and any listed subcontractor(s) of this Project are subject to the oversight, monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and will be required to submit certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner. No bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids.
