Water Meters (Badger brand - no substitutes) Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 1:00 PM CT, Bidders must submit written questions through online . In order to ensure all potential respondents receive the same information, the City will post its response through online. The Agreement shall become immediately effective and legally binding on the date last signed below, and shall remain in effect until May 15, 2027 (three years), subject to the "Multi-year contracts; Non-appropriation" paragraph below. Upon expiration of the last term, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis until the City is able to obtain a new agreement through the process dictated by the City Procurement Policy. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any requested price increase. If a price increase is rejected, the specific item in question may be cancelled from the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the bids. The City of Wentzville reserves the right to cancel this IFB in part or in its entirety. This IFB does not commit the City of Wentzville to award a contract or to pay any costs to bidders in preparation of their bid.
