In general, the project consists of the reconstruction of 4 th Avenue from USH 45 to approximately 225' east of USH 45 and resurfacing of Field Street from 5 th Avenue to approximately 210' north of 5 th Avenue. The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of 590 lineal feet of mainline storm sewer, 325 lineal feet of water main, sanitary lateral installation, manhole reconstruction, 615 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter, 3,200 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveways, 410 tons of HMA roadway pavement, turf replacement, restoration, and related items.
