Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Hastings, Nebraska. Completed plans call civil work for a water tank for rehabilitation.
Brief description of project: Removal of one 2,500 gallon underground diesel fuel tank and associated piping. The underground storage tank is located at 1313 North Hastings Avenue Hastings Nebraska. Removal includes concrete paving, fill structures, monitoring system and other appurtenances Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Nebraska, or a bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid of all contract construction costs, made payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Hastings, Nebraska, as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build all the improvements in accordance with this notice and give bond in the sum hereinafter provided for the construction of improvements. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of bids without the consent of the City of Hastings, Nebraska, for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of closing bids. ump sum pricing as applicable
