As of July 9, 2024, Irvington Board of Education has decided not to move forward with this project. Estimated Award Date June 13, 2024 Interior renovation of existing -/+ 1600SF room on west side of building first floor west side. Partial demo of existing CMU wall and construction of new light gauge framed walls with sound attenuation between and above the ceiling. New door and windows as shown in plans. HVAC modifications are to be finalized with the subcontractor on any necessary upgrades after the existing system analysis. All new electrical panels, outlets, and switches are to be installed per plans, retaining existing systems per schedules/plans. All Bids and contracts will be subject to the provisions of P.L. 1977, c.33 (C.52:25-24.2) requiring submission of a Statement of Corporate Ownership Regarding Disclosure of Partners and Stockholders, Non-Collusion Affidavit, State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 concerning Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
