Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Paradise, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of installation of a new universal access path and brink overlook viewing platform at the Tahquamenon Falls State Park Upper Falls including installation of concrete and helical foundations, new boardwalk and viewing platforms, clearing activities, HMA removal, salvaging existing furnishings, new furnishings, removal of existing stairway and platform and select demolition of existing foundations.
