Prospective bidders are hereby advised that the quantities indicated herein are approximate and are subject to change. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. Bonding Requirements The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price at the time of contract execution. Notice-To-Proceed It is the intent of the Owner to issue the Notice-To-Proceed (NTP) as soon as practical after the Award of Contract. The anticipated early NTP date is October 2024 and the late NTP date is April 2025. Timetables: Goals for minority participation for each trade: 6.5% (Lyon County) Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Contract Time The owner has established a contract performance time of sixty-five (65) calendar days from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed. Phase 1 shall be completed in twenty-five (25) calendar days or less, Phase 2 shall be completed in twenty-five (25) calendar days or less, and Phase 3 shall be completed in fifteen (15) calendar days or less. All project work shall be substantially completed within the stated timeframe. This project is subject to liquidated damages as prescribed in the Project Manual.
