All Proposers are asked to describe the tasks required to successfully carry out the Scope of Services outlined in Exhibit "D", attached hereto. However, Proposer's may include additional services that the Proposer is capable of providing and which, in the Proposer's opinion, would enhance the implementation of the proposed Scope of Services. Proposers must provide pricing for any additional services presented in the proposal. Pricing for all five (5) years must be included in the proposal, including any increases, broken down by year. Responses to questions will be answered during a live Q&A session on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 9:30 AM. Responses will also be posted to this announcement page within three (3) business days. Request For Proposal - RFP - Design Services Notes: All proposals must be submitted electronically by the designated due date to jwong@alamedahsg.org with a copy to sraskin@alamedahsg.org. The subject line must denote the following: "EnvRFP_04292024". The body of the e-mail must have the Proposer's name and return address. Proposals received after the published deadline will not be accepted. Right to Reject, Waive or Terminate the RFP. The AHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the RFP process, or to terminate the RFP process at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, if deemed by the AHA to be in its best interests. Prevailing Wage Requirements. The scope of work to be performed shall be subject to the prevailing wage requirements set forth in Exhibit "H", attached hereto Consultant, at its sole expense, shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, all appropriate permits, certificates and licenses, including, but not limited to, a City of Alameda business license, that may be required in connection with the performance of services hereunder. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time Proposed Term. AHA anticipates that the proposed term for the proposed service will be for a period of three (3) years with the option, at the AHA's discretion, of two (2) additional one-year extension periods, for a maximum total of five (5) years. HUD mandates that an individual service contract may not exceed a five (5) year term with a Public Housing Authority
