233 and J234: Install panic buttons. Install conduit to cable tray in the adjacent hall and route wiring through J207 to the first floor. The activation device MUST be a Honeywell 270R per the UK Police specification. The control panel is in the ceiling of corridor J102. Remove wall items - Patch anchor holes and paint. Demolish existing lights and install four new dimmable 2X2 LED lights per room with dimming conductors and dimmers. Modify the ceiling grid as needed. Remove Dutch doors and install owner provided doors and hardware with new filler plates in the existing frames. Clean and wax the old and new VCT. J234 only: Demo sink base cabinet and counter and demolish plumbing lines back to the mains in the ceiling of J120 below. Repair drywall. Remove plank flooring and base and install new VPI and base. Install blank cover over open cable box and remove the stickers from the door. Move data to new location. J233 only: Lock door and install stainless steel plate over lockset holes. Final award of Contract will be made based on the lowest, responsive and responsible bid which offers the best value. The time for Substantial Completion for all phases shall be forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days and Final Completion shall be fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
