The University of Kentucky, hereinafter referred to as "the Owner", invites qualified, independent Commissioning Agents, or "Agents", to submit sealed proposals for commissioning services for Rankin Health Education Building Capital Project in accordance with the requirements and instructions as set forth in this Request for Proposal. Project description and applicable information is as follows: This project will include the construction of a new building to house the Colleges of Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, & Public Health. The building will be approximately 520,000 total square feet, and 10 floors at the highest. Project to be designed as LEED v4.0 with a goal of attaining silver certification. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the Commissioning Agent's name, and plainly marked: "Proposal for Commissioning Services for University of Kentucky, Rankin Health Education Building." Proposals shall be subject to acceptance by the Owner as submitted within sixty (60) days from the deadline for receipt of proposals.
