Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Any notifications, including amendments to bids, post bid award notices and future bid advertisements, will be made through Vendor Registry. This is a request for proposals for furnishing HVACR new/replacement work within FCPS. Types of work under this contract shall include but not be limited to all types of interior and exterior HVACR work including, water source and geothermal heat pump systems, roof top units, split systems, dehumidifiers, air dryers and window air conditioners; exterior underground and aboveground repairs and new installations; HVACR interior piping within walls, above ceilings, and under floor repairs and new installations; HVACR interior and exterior installations of chilled water and/or direct expansion piping for air conditioning and refrigeration; and other HVACR work. This contract shall not include work described exclusively as carpentry, concrete, masonry, painting, plastering, plumbing and/or roofing. However, one or more of these trades may need to be used as part of the HVACR/chiller job being performed. Contractor will arrive at the job site within two (2) hours after notification to perform service calls as directed by the Director for Maintenance or his designated representative. 2. Contract includes HVACR work generally assigned to skilled licensed journeyman HVACR mechanics. Contractor is responsible for furnishing skilled labor and tools. Equipment and materials shall be furnished at pricing that is equal to or below pricing available to the general public. 3. Company receiving contract must be an established ongoing entity regularly engaged in HVACR work with an office located within 30 miles of Fayette County. Additionally, company is responsible for total cleanup of all waste materials and must leave the site clean and safe. All questions must be submitted in writing through the Vendor Registry no later than 2:00PM local time, May 10, 2024
