Specifications: The fencing project must adhere to the following specifications: o Installation of (1) walk gate. o Installation of (1) 10' opening double-swing gate o Installation of (2) 12' opening double swing gates o Installation of (2) 27' opening barrier style double swing arm gates o All material must be hot-dipped galvanized o Material specifications as follows: o Fabric: 6' black vinyl-coated chain link o Terminal posts: 2-7/8" 40wt steel pipe o Line Posts: 2-3/8" 40wt steel pipe. o Top Rail: 1-5/8" 40wt steel pipe o Gate posts for chain link: 2-7/8" 40wt steel pipe o Double swing gates (commercial): 1-5/8" with commercial drop rod and fork latch o Walk gate (commercial): 1-5/8." o Gate posts for barrier-style double swing arm gates: 6" SCH 40 steel pipe with box-type hinges o Black Chain link fence shall be 2.5" off the finished ground. o The contractor is responsible for laying out the boundary of the fence line, subject to approval by the Director of Parks or his designee before installation. o Workmanship and materials will be warranted for 24 months following acceptance of workmanship and final payment.
