The project is located in Butler County in the State Of Nebraska, near the town of David City, NE. Any proposal received subsequent to the time specified will be promptly returned to the Bidder unopened. The Project will consist of furnishing labor only and construction equipment for the construction of approximately 1 mile of 34.5KV (69 KV Designed) & 0.6 miles of 69KV transmission line. Additionally, this project will consist of removal of approximately four (4) transmission line poles in locations where the new line will tap the existing line. Construction is to commence on September 23, 2024 and be complete by November 1, 2024. The Plans, Specifications for Construction, and Construction Drawings, together with all other necessary forms and documents for bidders may be viewed at the office of the Owner or obtained from the Engineer, RVW Inc., P.O. Box 495, Columbus, Nebraska 68602-0495, upon payment of forty dollars ($40), which payment is not subject to refund. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond with sureties listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a penal sum not less than the total contract price.
