Element 1: Removal of existing windows and replacement of new windows, including: o Unit 4: (1) 31" x 47" Bedroom o Unit 5: (1) 31" x 72" Bedroom o Unit 6: (1) 31" x 47" Bedroom o Unit 6: (1) 31" x 72" Bedroom o Unit 7: (1)31" x 47" Bedroom o Unit 8: (1)31" x 47" Bedroom o Unit 11: (1) 31" x 47" Bedroom o Unit 11: (1) 43" x 72" Bedroom o Double hung, brickmold windows o Windows will be white vinyl interior and exterior, dual low-e Argon glass, %" return, white vinyl extension jambs 5 Vi" face loose Contractor is responsible for measurements and must measure for accurate size of replacement windows. Element 2: Removal of existing roof and replace roof on Buildings A & B to include: o 30-year (or equivalent) laminate shingle with matching ridge shingle o Starter strip o New synthetic roof felt o New Ice & water shield - valley's and edge o New galvanized valley tin o Replace the roof vents with new similar size and type o Replace with new roof flanges o Replace with new gutter apron and roof edge o Replace with new rain gutters and downspouts o Contractor will work with BCHA on color of shingles, gutters, etc. All work must be completed by September 30, 2024.
