This project includes the construction of three (3) new corporate box hangars with additive alternates for two (2) additional hangars. The project includes site preparation, new hangars, asphalt paving, and utilities. Contract Time: The owner has established a contract time of 150 consecutive calendars days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (with consideration of a reasonable pause of the contract time to accommodate manufacturing and delivery of pre-engineered components). All project work shall be substantially completed within the stated timeframe. This project is subject to liquidated damages as prescribed within the project manual.
