Reference Number 0000269328 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/09 12:00:00 PM EDT This request for supplier prequalification is to short list between 4 and 7 general contractors to bid on 4 construction projects valued at betwen $1M - $6M each once tender documents are ready. Projects are currently being worked on by our Architects. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Loyalist College to prospective General Contractors (GC's)that are interested in bidding the below four (4) projects coming up at our Belleville campus this fiscal. Details about each of the projects can be found below. The College will short list between four (4) and seven (7) of the highest scoring GCs to bid these four projects based on the evaluation criteria set out below. In addition, those General Contractors that are prequalified may become Vendor of Record (VoR) GCs and will have the opportunity to bid on renovations/construction type work at the college for a two (2) year term only for projects valued below $366,600.00, any work with a budget amount over $366,600.00 will go to public tender. Here is a brief description of the four (4) projects the prequalified GCs will have an opportunity to bid on once tender documents become available. The below mentioned 4 projects are currently with our Architects and we expect to have full tender packages available as indicated below. Only prequalified contractors through this process will be invited to bid on these four (4) projects. Loyalist College makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned to the selected proponents. Any agreement entered into pursuant to an invitational second stage competitive process will not be an exclusive contract for the provision of the described Deliverables. Loyalist College may contract with others for the same or similar Deliverables to those described in this RFSQ if responses to this call for RFSQ are not suitable.
