Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of constructing The Town of Nectar Water Line Improvements DWSRF Project No. FS010007-03 will be let under one Contract, the principal items of work are detailed herein below. 1. 3" HDPE Pipe, Pressure DR11 4,400 LF 2. 6" HDPE DR11 2,800 LF The contractor is hereby advised that time is of the essence on this project and that the contract time of 180 consecutive calendar days and noted restrictions shall be strictly observed. Liquidated damages will be assessed if the contract time is exceeded. The contractor may apply for an extension of time in accordance with the provisions of the contract; however, such an extension must be approved prior to the contract completion date to avoid the imposition of liquidated damages. Document Note: No refunds will be made except to Prime Contractor Bidders, which shall be refunded for one bid set. Question Deadline 05/13/2024
