2024 CDBG Sanitary Sewer Improvements Scope of Work: The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, insurance, and any other requisite necessary for the partial removal of the existing sidewalk and the subsequent construction of a new 4-inch thick reinforced concrete sidewalk system (ADA accessible ramps, railings, steps, etc.). The proposed sidewalk improvements are to be constructed along the north side of East Calvert Street from South Georgia Street east for approximately 240 linear feet to the splash pad; thence, north along the east side of South Georgia for an additional 530 linear feet; thence east along the north and south sides of East Duval Street from Georgia Street to Virginia Street (approximately).
