Renovation of a power facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The work described in the specifications and drawings is a project by the University of Victoria to remove a natural gas boiler from the District Energy Plant building and replace it with 2 electric boilers. Minor building modifications will be required along with the installation of other equipment to support this initiative. The purpose of the project is to reduce Greenhouse gas emissions by the University and lower its carbon footprint. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
