The Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority of Omaha, d/b/a/ Metro is requesting quotes for a Boiler Repair. Staffing for this project is expected to be qualified, full-time technician(s) with proper training and qualifications to replace it. 05-07-2024 Request for Clarification or Substitutions 05-13-2024 Responses to Clarification or Substitutions 05-22-2024 Contract Award Scope of Work Metro is seeking to upgrade the 1/2 " jackshati(which is currently obsolete) and repair it with a 3/4 " jackshati on the boiler number 2 in the BGE Maintenance Area. The current unit is not working properly and is obsolete, meaning it is not able to be repaired to work with current system configurations without an upgrade. Metro will need to have the parts ordered, existing components removed & disposed of new components installed, combustion reset atier the install, and system checked for proper functionality. The quoted price should include removal and disposal of the jackshaticomponents and the delivery, hardware, professional installation, reseting combustion, and post-testing of new equipment to ensure proper functionality. The quote should also include all shipping and handling fees and charges. The vendor shall include the total cost including the manufacturer's standard warranty. The quoted price should not include federal, state or local taxes. Metro is tax exempt and will furnish a tax-exempt certificate upon request. 05-07-2024 Request for Clarification or Substitutions
