Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project involves the repair and replacement of sidewalk, fence and retaining wall east of 32nd Ave. This is in the Southwest corner of Hanscom Park Bid shall be on a firm Line Item Bid - Alternate Type: None basis for respective bid items identified in the Bid Form. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, an official bank check, cashier's check drawn on a national bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the State of Nebraska, payable to the City or a duly executed Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a duly licensed corporate surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. Removing the geotechnical instrumentation as described herein. 4. Furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described above.
