Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
MCC Multi-Campus Central Alarm Monitoring A certified check or cashier's check payable to the Governors or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Check or Bid Bond will be retained as liquidated damages in case the bidder awarded the Contract fails to furnish the required performance bond, insurance certificate, or sign the Contract within ten (10) days after notification of award. If bid security is not received with the bid, the bid will not be considered. Upon notice to proceed, the Contractor shall begin securing all material and equipment necessary to begin construction on June 1, 2024, Contractor shall be substantially complete with the project no later than September 30, 2024.
