The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) has a bid offering for Replacing Exterior Hollow Metal Doors at CHI Health Center Omaha. Information about the mandatory pre-bid meeting is available in the RFP. - SCOPE OF PROJECT This project is to remove the existing frames and doors, supply and professionally install new frames, doors, hinges, thresholds, mullions, sweeps and weather stripping. It is anticipated that existing panic and closers will be reused/reinstalled. Bidders will view the areas during the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidder is responsible for providing all materials, supplies, labor, and equipment necessary to perform and complete all aspects of the work outlined in this RFP. The successful Bidder will be required to field measure the areas. Measurements must be completed and submitted to MECA. Unit prices submitted in the successful Bidder’s proposal form will apply to the Purchase Agreement.
