The City of Hubbard, Oregon (City) is pre-selecting an ultraviolet wastewater disinfection system for inclusion in the upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment plant. The system equipment includes, but is not limited to, design, manufacturing, supply, delivery, supervision of installation, initial performance testing, on-site training, and follow-up support. The City will procure the UV disinfection equipment, appurtenant equipment Detailed questions and inquiries about this RFP should be delivered to the above-named Engineer at (541) 982-4118 or emailed to ccheney@civilwest.com. The deadline for questions is May 10, 2024. Any changes to the RFP will be in the form of an Addendum issued on or before May 13, 2024.
