Site work for a water / sewer project in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000351213 CONTRACT 2 This project includes cleaning and televising, as-needed pre-lining chemical grouting, and structural cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 21,000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer consisting primarily of vitrified clay pipe, ranging from 8-inch to 18-inch diameter. This project includes structural repair of 70 manhole structures and approximately 1100 vertical feet of manhole structural lining located in the City of Pontiac. Sewer bypass pumping, traffic control, and post televising inspection will also be required. Question Deadline 05/30/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes No questions received after this time will be given consideration. Submit all questions to (in writing) via the website. Questions will be reviewed and a formal response will be disseminated via an addenda. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 %. A certified check or cashier's check or bid bond for a sum less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required for each proposal. Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal and to waive irregularities in the proposals.
