Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamlin, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Lincoln County Commission is accepting sealed BIDs on the restoration of the exterior of the Lincoln County Courthouse. Please call Savannah at 304-824-7990 Ext 221 or savannahatkins@lincolncountywv.org with any questions. 1. Clean all brick and stone on the building exterior to remove loose mortar and caulking. Remove ALL discoloration. 2. Repair any loose, cracked, broken or disturbed brick and stone. 3. Repair mortarjoints. 4. Mortar above, around, or in between windows to prevent water from leaking into the building. 5. Remove and fill in all existing vents with brick that is the same size, color, and density of original structure. 6. Cut new vents or scuppers. 7. Clean all debris from the area and restore back to originality.
