Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is seeking proposals to demolish, remove and replace approximately 10,000 sq. feet of identified sidewalk on portions of Queen and King Streets in Martinsburg. The Scope of Work includes breaking out and hauling away old materials, preparing base, forming, placement and finishing of concrete sidewalk slabs, turf restoration/backfilling (if necessary) and site cleanup. All work will be contained within existing rights-of-way. All questions related to this project should be directed to Crystal Cummings, Executive Assistant, (cccummings@cityofmartinsburg.org). Deadline to submit questions May 20, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. City will respond to all questions May 23, 2024 Project Completion Date On or before September 30, 2024 Bid Bond (10%) Project awarded by the City June 13,2024 The City of Martinsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the City of Martinsburg.
