Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,006-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a 7,209-square-foot municipal facility.
The County Commission of Berkeley County, West Virginia is requesting Price Proposals from interested parties for the Health Department Addition and Alterations located at 122 Waverly Court, Martinsburg, WV 25403. Berkeley County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the Berkeley County Commission. The last day which Contractors can ask questions in writing will be Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Questions will be answered by Addendum only.
