Site work for a water / sewer project in Hemet, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 29, 2025, per owner, they are only doing design. The project will not go to construction due to lack of downstream facilities. Design team identified. The City of Hemet (City) is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for the design of the West Hemet Master Drainage Plan Line C - Stage 3 (see attached exhibit for location). Services include, but are not limited to, preparation of improvement plans for Line C, any required studies/reports and infrastructure as part of this project beyond what is provided by RCFC&WCD, and coordination with RCFC&WCD relating to plan check and approvals. All services provided by the Consultant shall be performed by individuals who meet the qualifications, education, and certifications/licensing requirements necessary for the work being performed.
