All Laborers and Mechanics Employed by Contractors or Subcontractors in Performance of the Construction Work Shall Be Paid Wages at Rates as May Be Required by the Laws of the State of Montana. The Work Shall Include Site Grading and Onsite Earthwork, Structural Concrete and Slabs, Grading and Gravel Surfacing for Onsite Roads, and Necessary Chainlink Fencing and Gates. The Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Color, Religion, Sex or National Origin. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for at Least Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids, Except as Noted in the Instruction to Bidders.
