Renovation of an educational facility in Morrow, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work to be performed by the successful Qualified Contractor to replace the first floor 1 existing nominal 16,000 CFM VAV AHU (approx 55 tons chilled water cooling, approx 242 MBH hot water heating), replace Terminal Units and all thermostats with digital thermostats (25 fan powered VAV units with HW coil, 3 cooling only VAV units), remove existing pneumatic control air system and equipment/replace with all DDC controls (ALC required), remove both floors corridor ceilings (grid and ceiling tiles) and replace with new grid and ceiling tiles, relocate a minimum of 3 light switches to other rooms, and install new eggcrate return air grilles in all rooms of both floors. Pre-Qualification RFQ questions shall be submitted no later than 2 pm EDT on May 15, 2024, emailed to wendyspears@clayton.edu and Tim Gilbert, Salas O'Brien (tim.gilbert@impactcx.net). Questions received will be answered by May 20, 2024 by 5 pm EDT with applicable RFQ Addendum issued with the Answers posted on bid registry.
