THIS PROJECT IS ADVETISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. THIS PROJECT IS AN IDIQ INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) SOLICITATION. The solicitation will be available for download on or around 16 May 2024. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The contracting officer is MAJ Christopher E. Brunner. Project Description: The purpose of this acquisition is to provide a contracting tool to support the Mobile District's need to perform annual maintenance dredging at various shoaling locations of the Federal navigation projects of Mobile, Pascagoula, Gulfport, Pensacola, and Panama City Harbors. These dredging locations will be identified based on channel conditions and the need to restore specific reaches to their project depth. The contractor shall furnish the equipment, materials, supplies, and manpower required to perform dredging of these Mobile District Navigation Projects located in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 237990. The size standard is $37.0M. A Subcontracting Plan will be required.
