Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The City of Thunder Bay, Pioneer Ridge Home for the Aged, located at 750 Tungsten Street in Thunder Bay, requires supply and installation of dampers, all in accordance with this RFT. All bidders must have the proper facilities and qualified personnel to carry out installation and start up. It is mandatory that bidders demonstrate previous commercial damper installation experience within the last five (5) years. In the Bidding System under Step 2-Specifications "Experience and Qualifications - Bidders must provide a list of a minimum of three (3) projects in the past 5 years, highlighting your Company's experience in commercial damper installations. Include: Customer name and contact number, date completed, description and value of contract. The onus is on the bidder to provide enough detail in their response to show that the required similar service contracts are within the past five (5) years. Contractors shall assign qualified sheet metal workers with a valid Sheet Metal worker ticket in the Skilled Trades Act. 2021 to this project. The holder shall produce proof of certificate upon award.
