As of July 4th, 2025, this project is in the design stage. The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals from interested consultants to provide plans, specifications and estimates required for City projects pursuant to Specification No. 2091613-02. The City proposes to select one qualified consultants to perform these services for the duration of the project, all three phases mentioned below. Description of Services: In general, the successful applicant will provide plan, specification and estimate services for the Prado Interchange Project. Selected Consultants will prepare high quality memorandums, studies, analysis, construction details and specifications in accordance with City requirements and standards. Consultants with similar project experience are encouraged to submit proposals. Submittals received after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Public Works Department in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the following: RFP title Specification number Consultant name Time and date of the proposal opening Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the proposal package. Note a sealed proposal containing schedule and fee must be included and separate from the primary proposal. Estimated Amount: $2,500,000.00 The City reserves the right to retain all proposals for a period of 60 days for examination and comparison.
