The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation requires a contractor to provide all labor, including travel and per diem, parts, permits/licenses, supplies, non-consumable materials, transportation, equipment, and all item of necessary expense to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADAS) for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Men's Colony (CMC), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP), located at Highway 1, San Luis Obispo, California, 93409. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, hereinafter referred to as the "CDCR" or "State", requires a contractor to provide all labor, including travel and per diem, parts, permits/licenses, supplies, non-consumable materials, transportation, equipment, and all item of necessary expense to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADAS) for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Men's Colony (CMC), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP), located at Highway 1, San Luis Obispo, California, 93409. Services shall be applicable for the equipment listed in Exhibit A-3, Equipment List. The terms "shall" and "must" are considered by the CDCR to mean mandatory or required. The terms "may" or "can" are considered to be optional, and are at the discretion of the CDCR. The Contractor must be located within 100 miles of California Men's Colony.
