Renovation of a military facility in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 728 Latrine Repairs located at Camp San Luis Obispo, 721 Mendocino Avenue, San Luis Obispo, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary for the repair of the Latrines in building 728. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is CW3 Acosta, David, at david.acosta@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant CM Mr. Garzaloaiza, Luis at Luis.garzaloaiza@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is $1,161,026.25. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to CW3 Acosta, David, at david.acosta@cmd.ca.gov and at no later than 4:00 PM on 5/21/2024. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 6/4/2024 at 2:00PM
