The County requires landscaping maintenance to include tree, shrub, and vine care, ground cover care, lawn care, irrigations system maintenance and repairs, fertilization, and pest management at the following locations: i. 5575 Hospital Drive, Atascadero, CA ii. 1523 Longbranch Street, Grover Beach, CA iii. 286 S. 16th Street, Grover Beach, CA iv. 760 Morro Bay Blvd. Morro Bay, CA v. 723 Walnut Dr. Paso Robles, CA vi. 2178 Johnson Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA vii. 2180 Johnson Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA viii. 2191 Johnson Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA ix. 2156 Sierra Way, San Luis Obispo, CA x. 865 Oklahoma Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA Contractor shall furnish all supervision labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to maintain the landscape in an attractive condition throughout the year. Contractor shall provide the necessary number of experienced personnel. A Foreman shall be on site at all times. Employees will be neat appearing, and identifiable by their uniforms. Pricing will remain unchanged throughout the initial term of the contract. All questions (requests for interpretations or corrections) pertaining to the content of this RFP must be made in writing through the County's Purchasing website by 3:00 p.m. on 5/31/2024. Requests submitted after said date may not be considered. Questions will receive a response within five (5) business days. Questions and responses will be posted (anonymously) on the Purchasing website and can be viewed by accessing the RFP. The County reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of comments/questions that will be posted on the website.
