Description

Site work for a civil project in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Grant Agreement No. 3022-101 The estimated construction costs to complete the project as detailed in Exhibit B and the Proposed Road Logs that includes typical construction drawings (Exhibit A) is $299,000. Coastal San Luis Resource Conservation District (CSLRCD) invites Bid Proposals for the Stenner Creek Watershed Enhancement Project. The project is located in San Luis Obispo County, along Cal Poly-owned and maintained rangeland roads within the Stenner Creek watershed on Serrano and Peterson ranches (Exhibit A: Map 1, 2a, 2b). The scope of work includes all equipment, labor and specified materials per Exhibit B. Work under this solicitation consists of storm-proofing 3.82 miles of Cal Poly rangeland roads (Exhibit A: Map 1) and upgrading 21 stream crossings as described in the Road Log of Proposed Treatments (Exhibit A: Appendix A). The proposed treatments are intended to improve road drainage, road drivability, and water quality conditions of nearby streams, as well as reduce erosion, sediment delivery, and future maintenance needs.
