Fa Proj Y001-0534-883, Suffolk Co., Asphalt Pavement Resurfacing - Southern State Parkway, Town of Babylon, This project proposes to resurface pavement on Southern State Parkway from NY110 (Exit 32) to NY231 (Exit 39) in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County to a smooth and distress free condition by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. All proposed pavement work is expected to increase safety and provide a smooth riding surface for vehicular travel for the next 10 to 12 years. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2025.
