All chemical prices shall reflect the actual cost of delivery (including fuel), to the Wastewater Treatment Facility, Merrimack, NH. No fuel surcharge is allowed. All chemicals shall be accompanied by a certificate of analysis. MSDS sheet to accompany initial delivery after July 1, 2024. All amounts are estimates and in no way constitutes a guarantee of actual usage. The amounts required are approximate and/or given for comparison bids only. All Bids Are To Be Firm For The Entire Fiscal Year From July 1, 2024 Through June 30, 2025.) Bidders should direct questions concerning the above to Leo Gaudette, Assistant Public Works Director, Wastewater Division, telephone 603-883-8196. The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall include delivery and be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, Wastewater Treatment Facility, 36 Mast Rd, Merrimack, NH. It is the bidder responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the date and time specified.
