Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project intent is for the complete removal of the existing fuel station including single 20,000- gallon underground storage tank (UST), venting, controls, fuel pumps, and replacement with new single 24,000 UST, fuel pumps, canopy, concrete pad, controls, wiring and interconnection to the DPW repair building, with ancillary work to include repaving of parking area. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Bid Price will be required upon award of Contract. The Town of Merrimack reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, to waive all formalities or informalities and to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
