The replacement of an above-ground, 500 gallon split tank, gas and diesel for the Pine Meadows Golf Course The replacement of the tank shall include the removal and disposal of the existing tank. Secure and process all necessary permitting and inspections required by the Town of Lexington and/or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Utilize the existing concrete pad. Install all proper and required signage (ASTs). No Smoking, Combustible (diesel). Flammable (gasoline), NFPA Fire Diamond, Confined Space, Globally Harmonized Standard (GHS) hazard pictograms. Perform annual inspection one year from installation. Work is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. Rate sheet is attached and shall be incorporated into the contract document. Certified payroll reports must accompany invoices. Photos of existing conditions are included as an attachment to this solicitation. If contact price exceeds $25,000 the awarded vendor must obtain a payment bond in the amount not less than one half (50%) of the total contract price. Work is anticipated to be scheduled for, and completed: Either July 8, 2024 - July 12, 2024 OR July 22, 2024 - July 26, 2024. Dates subject to change based on product ordering and lead times.
