Northeast Community College, located in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking competitive bids for 15 locations of selective concrete replacements on its Norfolk, Nebraska campus by August15, 2024. description of work: 1. Saw-cut perimeter of replacement area before demolition to form a new construction joint. 2. All sidewalks shall be a minimum of 5 thickness and tightly doweled to existing concrete with #3 rebar x 18 @ 24 O.C. 3. Provide minimum of expansion joint at locations noted. 4. Spray on cure and seal. 5. Install SL-1 or NP-1 sealant at all construction joints, control joints, cuts, and expansion joints. 6.
