All Work Called for in the Plans And specifications Shall Be Furnished Instruct Accordance With the Plans And specifications Prepared by the McCleary engineering for the Engineering of The parks and Recreation Department Of the City of Norfolk, and Bids Will Be received Only Upon the Forms Furnished by the City.
