The Base Bid includes the Construction of Grading, Concrete Pathways, and a Crushed Aggregate Base Pad for a future Play Park. Project includes 15,400 SY of grading, 375 CY of concrete for pathways and picnic shelter pads, 664 CY of base course for the pathway, picnic shelter pads and park pad, and 38 LF of 4" conduit for pathway crossings.
