Renovation of a municipal facility in Saluda, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Saluda County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to find and identify water intrusion in two County buildings, stop the intrusion and repair and paint the effected interior walls. 1. Finding and Identifying Water Intrusion It will be the contractor’s responsibility to view the sites and be aware of the extent of the damage to be repaired and determine where the water is coming into the building and how to stop the water from coming in. Stop Water Intrusion The proposal must include detailed explanation of how the contractor plans to stop the water intrusion. The work must include a warranty and the details of the warranty are to be included in the proposal. 3. Repair Plaster Walls The walls that have been damaged by the water are to be repaired and any details pertaining to the repairs are to be listed. 4.
