Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leesburg, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope: Repair pot holes and damaged asphalt to back driveway. Resurface drive. Install speed bumps. Paint center line, speed bumps and crosswalks. Specifications: 1. Pot holes and damaged asphalt to be saw cut out and replaced with 6" concrete base and 2" of 9.5 mm asphalt. 2. Tie ins to existing asphalt: mill back minimum of 2' and create smooth transition. 3. Remove steel poles in middle of driveway. 4. Existing speed bumps removed. 5. Spray bituminous tack coat prior to overlay. 6. Entire drive top coated with 1 1/2 " of 9.5 mm asphalt. (Approx. 24'x820') 7. Four (4) 3" x 2' speed bumps installed (same locations as existing) 8. Paint solid center yellow line. 9. Paint speed bumps yellow. 10. Paint two (2) crosswalks. General: 1. Contractor is responsible for all material, labor and permits required to complete project. 2. Contractor is to field verify all measurements. 3. Contractor is to provide sq. footages of pot holes and damaged asphalt that will be repaired. 4. Contractor to provide total square footage of asphalt that will be applied. 5. Contractor must be licensed to do work in State of Georgia. 6. Contractor must provide proof of liability and workers compensation insurance. 7. Contractor must provide E-Verification. 8. Project to be completed in June 2024.
